US vs Luke

United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit affirmed the convictions and sentenced Luke Scarmazzo, 29 for cannabis.

On May 15, 2008, Luke was found guilty of conducting a continuing criminal enterprise, cultivating more than 100 marijuana plants, and possessing marijuana with the intent to distribute it. On November 2008, U.S. District Judge Oliver W. Wanger sentenced Scarmazzo to 21 years and 10 months in prison.

The Court of Appeals upheld the prison terms as not disproportionate to the defendants’ crimes.

This case is the product of an extensive abuse of power wasting tax payers monies by allowing investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration, Modesto Police Department, Stanislaus Drug Enforcement Agency, and Central Valley High Intensity Drug Task Force. Assistant United States Attorneys Kathleen A. Servatius and Elana S. Landau represented the United States to work together to continue the WAR against American citizens that use an alternative medicine called cannabis.

Support Luke and write to him today Because no-one should go to jail for a plant. And no-one belongs in jail for a plant. Let Freedom Ring.

Time is long past due to end the feds gateway to slavery.
An agency which has no medical credentials like the dea shouldn’t be allowed to schedule “level 1” drugs anyway. It should be the fda. Wake the masses
