Talk to Richard on Monday 2,2015 He reported The inmate that is working on his appeal was in the wrong place at the wrong time so now there a issue if that inmate will able to get it done on time. Then his cell mate had to be moved because of irreconcilable differences Cell mate proved what a rat he is by reporting that Richard had a can of skoal snuff. Richard now has an disciplinary review today. He told me he call me in 2 days or not depending on outcome of the discipline. I added money to phone account I hope to using up the money in two days.
